Meet Our Doctors
“My name is Peter Pfeiffer and I am the founder and owner of AnesthesiaMobile. I started this practice with the idea that we would change the standard by which in-office anesthesia care is delivered in Washington State. With our hospital level equipment, board certified MD anesthesiologists, registered nurses to assist and recover patients, and full range of supplies and instruments, plus the ability to efficiently transport this complete setup, brings our credo to reality: “We bring the operating room to you”.
I was born and raised on Long Island in New York State before earning my Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Colorado. I worked as a medical researcher in Denver, CO for two years before beginning medical school. In 2001, I graduated from Ross University School of Medicine with my Doctor of Medicine degree. I did all my postgraduate training (internship-surgery and residency-anesthesiology) at Montefiore Medical Center of The Albert Einstein College of Medicine in The Bronx, NY. I completed my residency training in 2005 and have been in private practice since that time. I am a diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology and I keep current on Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
My wife, Jennifer and I have lived in Bellingham, WA since 2005 and we are more recently joined by our son who is in preschool. My wife and son were both born in Bellingham and as a transplanted New Yorker, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. I love the sense of community we enjoy in the Pacific Northwest and I’m proud to be a local provider of quality healthcare. We look forward to helping to make your surgical or dental procedure as easy as possible.
Meet Our Nurses and Assistants
My name is Charity O’Connor and I am the Nurse Manger for Anesthesia Mobile. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University and have worked in healthcare for over 20 years. I met Dr. Pfeiffer while working in a small surgery center years ago and he asked if I wanted to help grow his mobile anesthesia business as a side gig. Fast forward to today and we have built an incredible team that I am proud to work with. My husband and I have two young boys who keep us busy with gymnastics and skateboarding.
My name is Ariel Kim and I am a former ER and ICU Rapid Response Nurse. I have worked in healthcare for 17 years which has given me a variety of skills. I obtained my Certified Emergency Nursing certification in 2021 and am enthusiastic about pursuing the Certified Ambulatory Perianesthesia Nurse (CAPA) exam next. My husband, David and I were recently married and live in Everett with our cat, Fatboi Frank.
My name is Michelle and I work behind the scenes with Charity to keep everything running smoothly. I have worked in healthcare for nearly 10 years and have gained a wealth of knowledge in my various roles. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my boys and sneaking away to Westport to enjoy the beach.
